When Karan Patel was looking at Karishma Tanna's bust

Someone circulated an open letter to Karan Patel after he was looking at Karishma Tanna's bust in a party. Here's what it reads, "Mr Karan Patel, This is to inform you that whilst talking to Karishma Tanna, having alcohol with your cigarettes at the same time is allowed. What is not permissible is staring at her bust and talking, especially, when it is annoying her. The next time look into her eyes and talk! Consider this as a warning letter!
